Rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges in Québec City is a historic street that reflects the city’s deep religious and cultural heritage. Named after Notre-Dame-des-Anges (“Our Lady of the Angels”), it is located near one of the oldest areas associated with early French settlement and religious institutions in the region. Its acquired in year 2023 and when building acquired it’s a C+ infra and using for a car garage and automobile accessories. Hermes is currently putting plan together to work with city to covert the infra into a AAA+ boutique commercial building with an objective of 20,000 sq ft combined with adjacent property. Tentative plans and elevations are in place.
