Boulevard Charest Est is a vital east-west commercial and historical artery in Québec City. Named after Father Zéphirin Charest, it connects the historic Lower Town and the formerly industrialized Saint-Roch district. Today, it functions as a vibrant hub of urban renewal, tech businesses, cultural venues and it is core downtown area.

Its acquired in year 2013 and when building acquired it’s a A+ infra and Hermes changed the entire infra of the building including to AA+ by changing the roof, floorings, HVAC, internal and external partitions, several others and made it high class building retaining the front façade to maintain the semi heritage appearance. The whole basement and strength of the building are done to increase the building life.

The entire project took 12.6 months with an investment of approximately $ 2.3 million for 46,000 sqft. Hermes dealt from city licences to all the infra work and delivered the building on time so that Hermes can lease to AA client.
