Boulevard Crémazie East (Boul Crémazie E) is a major urban artery and frontage road running parallel to the Metropolitan Expressway (Autoroute 40) in Montreal, Quebec. It holds immense historic and modern significance as a critical transportation corridor and cultural tribute to Quebec's literary heritage.

Its acquired in 2016 by Hermes from Canada Post a national property with a heritage land mark away from Cremazie metro by 190 meters. At the time of purchase it was 11000 sqft building and foundation on rocks under the water. it’s a B+ infra used by Canada Post.

Hermes changed the entire infra of the building by changing the building foundations, basement, extra floors with concrete roofing, floorings, staircase, washrooms, HVAC, internal and external partitions, roof, parking, several others and made it AA+ building with 36,000 sqft retaining the heritage front façade to maintain the heritage appearance.

The entire project took 12 months with an investment of approximately $ 9.7 million for 36,000 sqft. Hermes dealt from city licences to all the infra work and delivered the building on time so that Hermes can lease to AAA client.
