Its acquired in 2016 by Hermes and this retail building is adjacent building of the metro Henri – Bourassa. At the time of purchase it was a B+ infra and leased to sports bar and slot machines of casino.

Hermes got necessary approvals from city to covert the infra into a AAA retail building with an objective of 8,000 sq ft. Plans and elevations are in place to lease top 5 gym companies in North America. Work in process and expected to complete in 5 months with approximate cost 1.6 million.
